I had to replace the IMS just to avoid to burn my engine. The transmission was replace also. Nicki is a big help and very customer oriented, Simon spend time to explain me what was done and why. I've moved to Florida roughly three years ago. I am a long time Porsche owner and currently have four of them. My second service was due on my 2020 991 base. I called them because of the good reviews they have with the local Porsche club members and meeting the owners at local cars and coffee events. They did not disappoint. Service was doen on time and in accordance with the manufacturer recommended schedule.

The shop is very helpful can save a buck or two.A good place to stop and have a cup of coffee and talk Porsche and you don't have to be a gear head like me.Working on my 21st Porsche .So its important to have people you can count on.Thanks guys.Ron 35 years p.c.a.

I took my 2020 Macan S to Driver's Choice as I was not happy the excessive prices charged by the local Porsche dealer. Although the dealer did a satisfactory job their prices were very high. On the other hand I did not want to trust my Porsche to someone who was not familiar with the vehicle in question. Driver's Choice changed my oil and filter for a reasonable price and were very friendly and professional in our encounters. I would recommend them to any Porche owner looking for a safe and quality maintenance experience for a fair price.

Very impressed with my first visit. I brought a new to me 718 Cayman in for service. Every bit of the scheduling and visit has been exceptional, from ensuring I knew what to expect, to being greeted, offered coffee, a place to work, to the actual service. The team informed me of an unexpected issue, showed it to me on the car, explained the risk, options, etc., then worked with me on when to get it resolved. I will be bringing my car here from now on. My kind of car guys.

I took my 2014 991.1S to Porsche South Orlando for repairs for a cooling system fault. Porsche South Orlando wanted $5,700 to replace a vacuum solenoid and I told them that the price too high and is unacceptable. The PSO Service advisor mentioned that the bumper had to be removed that's why it costs so much. SMH... They did not even give me a breakdown of their estimate. I feel it's a bit shady.. After doing a little research, I had my car towed to Drivers Choice. Mike was really professional and took care of my car even though they were very busy. Best of all, they only charged me $496.91 for all repairs! PSO Diagnostics cost more than the repairs! Oh yeah, they charged me almost $700 for diagnostics! PSO lost my business. I am now a loyal costumer of Drivers Choice! Thank you Mike and Miki for helping me out!
